What's Inside

Why Is This the Best Investment You Can Make?

This book was written as a once in a lifetime investment on your part. Take it as evergreen content on putting. It is extensive, drills are timeless, and once you buy it, you’ll get free updates for life. Intention behind the book is that you use these putting drills for life. Once you get a hold of the material, be certain that you won’t lack creativity nor imagination no inspiration no more. There are more than 100 different variations of drills, each with estimated duration, suggested number of circuits and repetitions, with instructions and insights and with visual setup of the drill. Information in this book is a culmination of years of individual and team training, discovery and trial and error. The content is linked to external sources, also making the book a resourceful guide.

“Putting Drills Manual” is professional material made to fit golfers of all levels. Putting drills are same as Jordan Spieth putting drills, Rory McIlroy’s or Tiger Woods putting drills. Three of them, and their peers, use identical drills and would also be benefited by this material. Regardless where you are in your golf journey, keep scrolling and explore what’s inside. One of the reasons I made such extensive list of putting drills is to use them with my clients.

Who is This Book For?

Although this book was made with professional players in mind, it is very user friendly and golfers of all levels (beginners, advanced, juniors, seniors, ladies) can benefit from it. It is a great resource for PGA professionals, collegiate players, national team representatives, coaches, golf clubs with development programs, marketers, writers and content creators. Drills here can be used for individual lessons, group and team lessons, teambuildings and junior camps.

Why I Wrote This Book?

I wrote this Book to aid golfers in their personal and team golf journey. I am genuinely interested in seeing golfers improve and win. I went through my own golf journey and now I want to give back. I also wrote the book to make putting fun, engaging and creative, and to raise awareness of benefits of team golf. Another reason that drove me to write such a comprehensive book is to use it in coaching. I give out this material for free to all my clients and I teach them how to use the manual. The purpose of this book is to be “one-stop shop” for putting drills, to bring ideas, inspire you and to spur creativity.

This is a great resource for a golf coach or instructor to follow with a student in their golf journey. There are 12 days (drills) logically categorized into six phases. Each phase has a focus on specific area of putting phases build up on one another. Also, players can individually download this program and follow the days in duration of at least 4 and up to 24 weeks.

The program follows a six phase development method, split into two day increments (drills). Drills (and phases) are curated to build up on one another. First phase starts with the most important segment in putting – distance control. Once distance control is adopted, the program progresses to aim and alignment to ensure proper direction of the putt. Then follows visualization drills and green reading. Once fundamentals are set, the golfer is ready to work on consistency and then precision. Finally, last phase is tailored around “how to score” drills.

There are three putting worksheets in the “Putting Tests Workbook”. These three putting worksheets are 3 separate tests measuring scoring skills, distance control skills and precision skills.

This is a great resource for coaches to use with their students. Coach can organize a testing day once a week, every two weeks or once a month, assign one, two or all three tests to each player, have players keep track of their score, both during the practice (on their phones or a sheet of paper) and afterwards in the workbook. At the end of the month, or a quarter or a season, compare the scores. For junior students, have them keep track on the paper and you as a coach keep track in the worksheets and share the worksheets with both parents and kids.

Also, players as individuals can use these tests to track their progress once a week, twice a week or once a month throughout the season. And keep track of progress via statistics and charts.

Team challenge polygons is a new trend in team golf. Whenever you (as a coach) have a group of players on the green at the same time, polygons are a great way to entertain every team member.

When doing the polygon, rules are set such that the entire group functions as a unit. One men’s success is a team success. For instance, one of the rules states that the polygon must be finished as many times as there are players.

There are 2 easy, 2 medium and 2 hard polygons for individual effort polygons. While there are 1 of each for group effort (when two players form a group and mutually finish their own polygon). Look inside to see example of the polygon.
