Why I Wrote This Book?
I wrote this book to aid golfers in their personal and team golf journey. I am genuinely interested in seeing golfers improve and win. I went through my own golf journey and now I want to give back. I also wrote the book to make chipping fun, engaging and creative, and to raise awareness of benefits of team golf. Another reason that drove me to write such a comprehensive book is to use it in coaching. I give out this material for free to all my clients and I teach them how to use the manual. The purpose of this book is to be “one-stop shop” for chipping drills, to bring ideas, inspire you and to spur creativity.

Possibilities Chart
This is a chart on the very start and very end of the book to serve as a reference on what is possible around the chipping green. On top of every drill, possibility chart presents 4 categories which can be used individually or mutually combined to make almost 9.000 variations of possible shots to be performed around the chipping green. Two trajectories, six shot types, four slope types (although there can be eight) and six different lies. That's (2x6x4x6) 288 variations multiplied by more than 30 individual drills, making almost 9.000 possible variations. This quick math is only to show the extent of creativity around the chipping green.

There are three putting worksheets in the “Chipping Tests Workbook”. These three chipping worksheets are 3 separate tests measuring scoring skills, distance control skills and precision skills.
This is a great resource for coaches to use with their students. Coach can organize a testing day once a week, every two weeks or once a month, assign one, two or all three tests to each player, have players keep track of their score, both during the practice (on their phones or a sheet of paper) and afterwards in the workbook. At the end of the month, or a quarter or a season, compare the scores. For junior students, have them keep track on the paper and you as a coach keep track in the worksheets and share the worksheets with both parents and kids.
Also, players as individuals can use these tests to track their progress once a week, twice a week or once a month throughout the season. And keep track of progress via statistics and charts.
